A guided wilderness fast for men seeking clarity, recalibration, and direct relationship with themselves and the natural world.
Held in a remote area near the Rogue River and Gold Beach, Oregon, this experience follows a time-tested arc of group preparation, solitude, and integration. Participants will spend three days alone on the land in a supported fast, held within a carefully structured container of safety, intention, and community.
Why a Fast?
Across cultures and time, fasting in nature has been used as a way to:

Listen beneath the habits and noise of daily life
Reconnect to intuition, humility, and belonging
Meet fear, grief, or uncertainty with steadiness
